The mission of Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture is to advance the understanding that life and the universe are the products of intelligent design; and to challenge the destructive Darwinian view that life developed through a blind and purposeless process.

We seek long-term change through scientific research and scholarship; education and training of young leaders; communication to the general public; and advocacy of academic freedom for scientists, teachers, and students to question Darwinism.

As part of our mission we disseminate accurate information about evolution and intelligent design through the daily news service www.evolutionnews.org; the podcast www.idthefuture.com; the 1-stop web portal www.intelligentdesign.org ; and www.faithandevolution.org, which explores questions at the intersection between faith, science, and culture.
