We all must be accountable...
I think when the ordeal made the news at Penn State a few years back Al Mohler wrote a great article about the subject. Sexual abuse is not an "internal" matter in a church, school or office. It is a crime. It MUST be reported to the legal authorities.

All churches and denominations need to educate their leaders that these things should be reported to the police ASAP. If the church wants to use any kind of church disipline that is fine, but the law is the law.
