Securities Delivered Electronically (Preferred)

The easiest way to donate securities is electronically through your broker. You must initiate the transfer with your broker. For electronic transfers of stock, the Prison Fellowship brokerage information is as follows:

Securities Delivered Via Mail

If the certificate is being mailed, the following procedures apply:

  1. Certificate in donor's name
    1. Mail certificate and a signed Stock Power Form in separate envelopes
      or
    2. Sign certificate over to Prison Fellowship

    Both a) and b) require a medallion signature guarantee. A gift letter must also be sent indicating the name, number of shares, certificate #(s) and that the transfer is a donation to Prison Fellowship. Certificates and stock powers must be signed exactly as the names appear on the certificate.

  2. Certificate in Prison Fellowship's name
    1. Mail to Prison Fellowship
    2. Stock power not needed
