Why Jesus?

Our interview started with an apology. I’m John Stonestreet, and this is The Point.

When Chuck Colson and I interviewed apologist and author Ravi Zacharias last week, I started by apologizing for all the times I unknowingly plagiarized from him. I know I have -- more than once -- and he was very gracious to accept my apology.

But, if I have plagiarized Ravi, it’s really his own fault. His illustrations and articulate ways of presenting meaty arguments are so memorable, they stay with you. And they are re-usable, and that’s what Ravi is all about. Challenging the believer to think and the thinker to believe.

And that’s why you won’t want to miss this interview that will air this weekend on BreakPoint this Week when Chuck and I talk with Ravi Zacharias about his new book Why Jesus? In it he confronts head-on the myths about who Jesus was that floats around our culture and our churches, and he calls us back to why this question, "Why Jesus?" is the most important one we can ask. You can listen to BreakPoint this Week on radio or at BreakPoint.org. For the Point, I’m John Stonestreet.
