The workplace fridge: Approach with caution

This article reminded me how grateful I am to work at home. For those of you stuck in cubicle farms, you have my sympathies--and prayers for office kitchen safety.

Comments:

After emptying fridges that had been sitting without power two weeks after Katrina, I can empathize. Some folks just sealed them up, but they man we were helping thought we should empty them, put the rotten "food" in garbage bags, and remove the doors before tossing the refrigerators on the dump piles. One house we worked on had two extra fridges that washed up on the back patio. Fun, fun, fun!
