Gina, I haven't seen that one yet, but my wife and I watched A Christmas Carol once again. This is my favorite version (the older one with George C. Scott as Scrooge). He gives a commanding performance as Scrooge, running the gamut of cynicism, deep emotion and subtlety. Having read the novel years ago, I feel Mr. Dickens would be pleased to see his character captured so eloquently.
