Does it matter whether celebrities, and artists in general, are Christian? Branson Parler at Think Christian,
in an interesting piece, looks at the complexities of the question. He acknowledges that "
we need to be aware of the danger of celebrity worship or exalting anyone in the public eye," but points out that, for instance, Denzel Washington, as a man of faith, "recognizes the complexity of art in a fallen world.
Elsewhere, Disney/Pixar's Katherine Sarafian, producer of "Brave," talks about how her faith influences her work, including her ability to tell "a great, meaningful story."
