Colorado Drops Case Against Masterpiece Cake Designer Jack Phillips

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission has dropped its case against Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips, the Alliance Defending Freedom has announced today.

Said ADF Senior Vice-President Kristen Waggoner (who argued the Phillips case before the Supreme Court), “Jack’s victory is great news for everyone. Tolerance and respect for good-faith differences of opinion are essential in a diverse society like ours.”
